moyuto（以下「本アプリ」）は、ユーザーのプライバシーを重視しています。 本アプリは、開発者がユーザーを特定できる個人データや、撮影した写真・画像を 開発者のサーバーへ送信・収集する仕組みを備えていません。
本アプリの開発者は、本アプリからユーザーの個人データを収集しません。 また、広告、行動トラッキング、独自のアクセス解析サービスは使用していません。
本アプリで撮影した写真や、撮影結果の解析・補正・表示などの処理は、原則として ユーザーの端末上で行われます。撮影画像を開発者のサーバーへアップロードする機能はありません。
ユーザーが共有機能を利用した場合は、ユーザー自身の操作により、iOSの共有先として選択した アプリやサービスへデータが渡ることがあります。その場合、共有先サービスのプライバシーポリシーが適用されます。
本アプリは、撮影履歴、Archive、アプリ設定、処理に必要な一時データなどを端末上に保存することがあります。 これらは本アプリの機能提供のために利用され、開発者のサーバーへ送信されません。
本アプリ内の保存データは、ユーザーの削除操作、アプリの保持ルール、アプリの削除などにより 端末上から削除される場合があります。写真ライブラリへ保存済みの写真は、ユーザー自身が 写真アプリ等で削除しない限り、本アプリのArchive整理のみを理由として削除されることはありません。
本アプリはマイクへのアクセスを要求せず、音声を録音しません。
Premiumの購入・購読状態の確認にはAppleのStoreKit / App Storeを使用します。 決済はAppleにより処理され、開発者がユーザーのクレジットカード情報などの決済情報を受領・保存することはありません。
開発者が収集するユーザーデータ自体がないため、開発者がユーザーの個人データや撮影画像を 広告会社・分析会社その他の第三者へ販売または提供することはありません。
本アプリは、ユーザーの個人データを収集しません。年齢に基づくユーザープロファイリングや ターゲティング広告も行いません。
本アプリの機能変更や法令・プラットフォーム要件の変更に応じて、本ポリシーを更新することがあります。 重要な変更がある場合は、本ページの更新等により告知します。
moyuto (the “App”) respects your privacy. The App does not include a mechanism for the developer to collect personally identifiable data or upload photos captured in the App to the developer’s servers.
The developer does not collect personal data from the App. The App does not use advertising, behavioral tracking, or developer-operated analytics services.
Photos captured in the App, as well as related analysis, correction, and presentation, are processed primarily on the user’s device. The App does not provide a feature that uploads captured images to the developer’s servers.
If you choose to use the system share function, data may be sent by your action to the app or service you select. The privacy policy of that destination service will then apply.
The App may store capture history, Archive information, app settings, and temporary processing data on your device in order to provide its features. This data is not transmitted to the developer’s servers.
In-app data may be removed through user actions, the App’s retention rules, or deletion of the App. Photos already saved to the user’s Photos library are not deleted solely as a result of Archive cleanup in the App.
The App does not request microphone access and does not record audio.
Premium purchases and subscription entitlement checks use Apple StoreKit / the App Store. Payments are processed by Apple, and the developer does not receive or store users’ credit card or other payment information.
Because the developer does not collect user data from the App, the developer does not sell or provide users’ personal data or captured photos to advertising, analytics, or other third parties.
The App does not collect personal data from users. It does not perform age-based profiling or targeted advertising.
This policy may be updated to reflect changes to the App, applicable laws, or platform requirements. Material updates will be indicated by updating this page.
